Issue: When attempting to upgrade the configuration on the OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 for Mileage Correction, the process fails with the error:
“Abnormal configuration quantity!”
Solution:
- The OBDSTAR X300 G3 does not support self-upgrade of configurations. To enable this function, purchase and activate the Cluster Calibration License.
- If the license is already activated but the error persists, the device may require synchronization.
Navigate to:
VCI → Clear cache and logs → Log in again to your account.
This should resolve the issue.
